The Financial Aid Process
01. Apply for Aid
You can apply for assistance once you have completed your enrolment process. Please not this is subject to available financial aid.
02. Review
The relevant authority will review your case and determine your suitability for the aid before any recommendation will be made to the college.
03. Decision
Once a decision is taken, you will be duly communicated with as to the success or otherwise of your application. The college is under no obligation to give a reason for its decision.
Types of Aid
Scholarships
The OOCHST awards scholarships based on academic merit and resonance with our mission, and third-party scholarships provide another way to fund your education.
Grants
Your application will determine what grants you qualify for—both from The OOCHST and from the federal and state governments and well-meaning individuals. Grants are need-based and do not need to be repaid.
Loans
Many students have used federal and private loans to fund a quality education that would otherwise be out of reach. Students far outpace the national loan repayment rate.
